Therapy that meets you where you are-on the couch, online, or out in nature.
From peaceful walks outdoors to the comfort of a calming indoor space, therapy is tailored to the environment where you feel safest, most grounded, and most yourself.
Supporting teens, adults, seniors, LGBTQ+ clients, and those exploring gender identity in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space.

You don’t have to figure this out alone.
I’ve struggled with anxiety since I was young, and I know how overwhelming it can feel to navigate your thoughts without the right tools.
My clients often tell me they appreciate the human, relatable approach I bring into sessions. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself—without judgment—and supported as you work toward real change.
Not Everyone Heals Best Sitting in an Office.
I understand that traditional office therapy may not feel comfortable or natural for everyone.
That’s why I offer flexible therapy experiences that can include movement, mindfulness, nature, and conversation in environments designed to help you feel more relaxed, grounded, and emotionally safe.
Whether we meet in-office, virtually, or outdoors for Walk & Talk Therapy, my goal is to create a therapeutic experience that feels supportive and approachable for you.
